What's Included

Burning Man Specific Services:

  • Professionally Prepped, playa-ready RV: We specialize in fully sealing the rv inside and out to ensure a comfortable and clean experience. Sealing vents, seams, windows, electrical switches and openings to reduce dust and damage. Reflective insulation is provided to regulate interior temperature and prevent dust intrusion.

  • Professional Generator Service: Generators are fully serviced before departure to ensure reliable power in extreme heat and dust.

  • Off Grid Prep: Fresh water tank fill, propane fill, reliable batteries, dump the waste tanks upon return.

  • Bonus Generator/AC Hours: 8 hours/day included for free to keep you comfortable.

  • Package Loading: Send us your boxes and we'll load them in the RV for you prior to pickup.

  • Trash Disposal: We dispose of up to 5 bagged trash bags so you don’t have to handle post-Playa logistics.

  • Post Event Cleaning: No need to worry about the cleaning the rv we'll take care of that for you. Covers a full interior and exterior detail to remove plays dust and restore the RV to rental-ready condition. (Excludes excessive filth beyond normal Burning Man conditions. Examples: Mud, excessive caked-on dust, unbagged trash, spills requiring stain removal, biohazardous waste, etc.)

Burning Man Specific Supplies:

  • Bike Rack: Rear bike rack (fits 2–4 bikes)

  • Complete Linen Package: Sheets, blankets & towels for all guests

  • Camp Chairs: Enough chairs for all guests to relax in comfort

  • Extra Fuel Cans: Two pre-filled 5 gallon gas cans for potential extended generator use.

Popular Add-Ons:

  • Airport Delivery & Retrieval: We'll pick you up from baggage claim, do the orientation in the waiting lot. At the end we'll meet you back at the waiting lot and drop you off at the curb. We are located about 30 minutes From Sacramento International Airport (SMF). Not too long of an uber ride. Most Burning Man rentals opt for our convenient delivery service.

  • 1800 Watt Solar Generator & Extra Solar Panels: Harness the power of the sun to charge the power box. Allows you to power Starlink, phones, laptops almost all day without even turning the generator on.
